Website redesign
For organisations whose website is outdated, slow, broken on phones or impossible to update, and who want it rebuilt without losing what already works.
A redesign replaces the design and structure of an existing website while keeping its address, its useful content and its search history. We review the current site first, tell you what is worth keeping, and quote in writing. Redesigns start from the same prices as new websites: N$2,629.99 for a business website.
Signs a site needs rebuilding
- It was built years ago and looks it
- It is hard to read or use on a phone
- Pages take many seconds to load
- Nobody knows how to change the text or prices
- It shows old staff, old prices or a closed branch
- The browser shows a “not secure” warning
What we keep
- Your domain name and email addresses
- Pages that already bring visitors from Google
- Text and photos that are still accurate
- Old links: every old address is redirected to its new page
Redirecting old addresses matters. Without it, links from Google, Facebook and printed material lead to error pages and the site loses the search position it had.
How a redesign runs
Review
We go through the current site: what ranks, what is broken, what is out of date.
Plan
You get a written scope: what is kept, what is rewritten, the price and the delivery window.
Rebuild
The new site is built on a private link while the old one stays live.
Redirect
Every old address is mapped to a new one so no link breaks.
Switch
The new site goes live, is checked, and is submitted to Google again.
Sometimes a repair is enough
If the design is sound and the problem is speed, a broken form or missing security updates, a repair under a care plan costs less than a rebuild. We will tell you which one you need after the review, and why.
If you cannot log in to the site or the domain at all, start with getting back into your own website.
Common questions
Will we lose our Google ranking?
Not if the move is done properly. We keep the same domain, carry over the content that ranks, and redirect every old address to its new page. A short dip in the first weeks is normal while Google re-reads the site.
Can you redesign a site built by another company?
Yes. We need access to the domain and, ideally, the old site's files or admin login. If the previous developer holds those, we help you ask for them.
Does the site go offline during the redesign?
No. The new site is built separately and switched over when it is ready.
Tell us the problem. We will tell you what it takes to fix it.
Send a message, call, or use the form. You get a written scope and a price before any work starts, and there is no charge for the first conversation.
