Privacy Policy
Andreas Digital Agency (“ADA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of people who visit our website and contact us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the ADA Web Division website, why we use it, where it may be processed, and how you can contact us about it.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may receive:
- name and organisation/company name;
- email address and phone number;
- service interests, budget range, industry and project timeline;
- the information you choose to include in a project or consultation description;
- information you send to us through email, WhatsApp or other external communication channels; and
- limited technical information generated by hosting and security infrastructure, such as request timestamps, browser/device information and network information, where those providers make it available to us.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess and discuss projects, arrange consultations, provide requested services, maintain website security, prevent abuse of public forms, keep business records, and improve our services and website.
3. Public forms
Our Contact and Consultation forms send submitted information to ADA’s server-side processing service. The forms are designed to reject automated submissions and limit repeated requests. We do not intentionally ask for sensitive personal information through these forms. Please do not submit passwords, identity-document numbers, financial account credentials, medical information or other highly sensitive information unless ADA specifically requests it through an appropriate process.
4. Service providers
ADA uses third-party infrastructure and communication providers to operate its digital services. These providers may process information on ADA’s behalf or as independent providers. Current website infrastructure includes Vercel for hosting/deployment and Supabase for selected backend services. WhatsApp and email providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices when you choose to use those channels.
5. Cookies and tracking
The current public ADA Web site is not intentionally configured with advertising cookies or a third-party behavioural tracking system. See our Cookie Policy for the current cookie position. If analytics, advertising pixels, embedded third-party services or other non-essential tracking are introduced later, this policy and the cookie controls will be updated before or when that processing begins, as appropriate.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, manage the business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal or contractual requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of record.
7. Security
ADA uses reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and service involved. Public forms use server-side validation, origin restrictions, rate limiting and protected database access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You may contact ADA to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, ask about deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. We will assess requests against applicable law, contractual obligations, legitimate business record requirements and the nature of the information involved.
9. Marketing communications
ADA does not treat a project enquiry as blanket permission to send unrelated promotional messages. Where electronic marketing is sent, ADA will use appropriate identification and opt-out mechanisms and observe applicable Namibian requirements concerning unsolicited commercial communications.
10. Children
The public ADA website is intended for general audiences and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children for independent commercial purposes. If a child or young person needs to contact ADA as part of an organisation, school or community project, the relevant organisation should use an appropriate adult or institutional contact process.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, services, technology or applicable law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact hello.ada1@outlook.com or write to Andreas Digital Agency, Rundu, Kavango East, Namibia.
