Church website design in Namibia

For congregations that want visitors to find the service times, the address and a contact person without having to ask in a WhatsApp group.

In short

A church website answers what a newcomer asks first: when are the services, where is the church, and who can I speak to. A small congregation can start with a one-page website from N$1,199.99. A church with sermons, events and several groups suits a business website from N$2,629.99. Church websites are priced like any other website, with a written scope first.

What visitors look for

  • Service times, including any that change in holidays
  • The address, a map and how to find the building
  • Who the pastor or contact person is, and a number to call
  • Sermons or notices from this week
  • Events: youth, women's and men's groups, choir, camps
  • How to give, if the church accepts gifts

What we build in

  • A home page with service times and the address at the top
  • A map, directions and a call button for a phone
  • A notices or events section that nominated members can update
  • Links to where you already post sermons, such as a video channel or audio page
  • A giving page with the bank or mobile details the church already uses
  • A contact form and WhatsApp link, tested before launch

Card giving through a payment gateway is a scoped job under the Growth packages, from N$4,669.99, and the gateway charges its own fees. Many churches only need to publish their bank details.

Keeping it current

A church website is only useful if it is up to date

The most common problem is a site that still shows last year's service times. We set up the notices and events so nominated members can update them without technical help. If nobody has the time, a care plan from N$349.99 a month covers small changes, backups and renewal reminders.

Hosting is an outside cost listed in your scope. For church website hosting, domain and email, read domain registration and web hosting in Namibia.

Continuity

Committees change. The website should not vanish.

Churches lose websites when the member who registered the domain moves away. We register the domain in the church's name, tied to a shared email address, and hand over a written record of every account so the next committee inherits it. See who owns your website.

Church leaders in Rundu can meet us in person. Congregations elsewhere in Namibia work with us by call and WhatsApp.

Common questions

What should a church website include?

Service times, the address and map, a contact person and phone number, this week's notice or sermon, upcoming events, and giving details if the church accepts gifts.

Can members update the notices and events?

Yes. We set those sections up so nominated people can post without technical help.

How much does a church website cost?

A one-page website starts at N$1,199.99 and a business website at N$2,629.99. Your domain and paid email are outside costs. The exact price is fixed in a written scope before work starts. See all prices.

Can the website take donations?

It can publish the bank details your church already uses. Card giving needs a payment gateway, which has its own application and fees, and is scoped separately.

Do you have church clients?

Not yet. Our three live client websites are on the work page, and none is a church. Open them to judge our standard.

Tell us the problem. We will tell you what it takes to fix it.

Send a message, call, or use the form. You get a written scope and a price before any work starts, and there is no charge for the first conversation.
