Online stores
Sell products online with a store that matches how you actually take payment and deliver, not a template that assumes a courier on every corner.
An online store from ADA Web is scoped under ADA Growth, which starts at N$4,669.99. The price depends on the number of products, how customers pay and how orders are delivered or collected. Payment-provider fees are charged by the provider and are listed separately in your scope.
What a store includes
- Product pages with photos, prices, sizes or options
- Categories and search so customers find things quickly
- A basket and checkout that work on a phone
- Order notifications to you and the customer
- A way for you to add products and change prices yourself
- Search basics so products can appear on Google
Decide these first
- Payment. Card payment through a gateway, EFT with proof of payment, payment on collection, or a mix.
- Delivery. Collection, your own delivery in town, courier to other towns, or all three.
- Stock. Whether the website must know how many of each item you have.
- Who updates it. A store with stale prices loses trust faster than no store.
You may not need a full store yet
If you sell a handful of products and take orders on WhatsApp, a catalogue website is often the right first step: every product has a page with a price and an “Order on WhatsApp” button. It costs less, needs no payment provider, and shows you what customers actually want before you invest in a full checkout.
We will tell you honestly which one your volume justifies.

Common questions
Can customers pay by card?
Yes, through a payment gateway. The gateway is a separate company with its own application process and fees per transaction. We help you choose one that works with your bank, and its fees are shown separately in your scope.
How many products can the store hold?
As many as you need. The number affects the price mainly through the work of loading and photographing them, which you can do yourself to keep the cost down.
Can I sell to customers outside Namibia?
Yes, if your payment provider accepts foreign cards and you have a way to ship. Both need to be confirmed before the store is designed.
Tell us the problem. We will tell you what it takes to fix it.
Send a message, call, or use the form. You get a written scope and a price before any work starts, and there is no charge for the first conversation.
