These Website Terms govern your use of the public ADA Web Division website operated by Andreas Digital Agency.

ADA Web Division is a division of Andreas Digital Agency (“ADA”). The website provides information about ADA’s digital presence, web development, systems, search visibility and related services in Namibia.

We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but website content may change as services, pricing, availability, examples and technology change. Website descriptions are not a guarantee that a particular feature, outcome or service is available for every project.

Submitting a contact or consultation form, sending a WhatsApp message or browsing the website does not by itself create a client agreement. Services are provided under the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement or other agreement accepted by ADA and the client.

Where ADA offers services through an electronic transaction, the applicable quotation or commercial terms will control the transaction. Website starting prices or package descriptions are informational unless expressly stated otherwise. Any taxes, domain, hosting, third-party software or other external costs will be handled according to the applicable quotation or agreement.

Client ownership and licensing of work delivered by ADA are governed by the relevant client agreement and payment terms.
