We only have a Facebook page and WhatsApp

Facebook and WhatsApp are good tools and you should keep them. The risk is depending on them alone for customers who do not know you yet.

In short

A Facebook page and WhatsApp are enough while customers come by word of mouth. They fall short when new customers search on Google, when someone wants prices and details without messaging you, and when the page is restricted or hacked, because you do not own it. A website gives you an address you control and pages Google can show. A one-page site starts at N$1,199.99.

A website and a Facebook page do different jobs. Most businesses need both.

Not everyone is on social media

In October 2025 Namibia had about 2.00 million internet users but only about 797,000 social media user identities (DataReportal, Digital 2026: Namibia). Many people who are online and can search on Google will never see a Facebook post.

Visitors from outside the country, such as tourists, suppliers and donors, almost always start with a search.

What we do

Add a website without changing how you work

  • Register a domain in your name
  • Build a page or site with your services, prices, hours and location
  • Put WhatsApp and call buttons on every page, so enquiries still arrive where you answer them
  • Link the site from your Facebook page and Google Business Profile
  • Set it up so Google can index it

Start with a one-page website from N$1,199.99 or a business website from N$2,629.99.

When to wait

You may not need a website yet

If the business is a few weeks old, the offer is still changing, and every customer already knows you personally, spend nothing yet. Set up a free Google Business Profile, keep the Facebook page current, and come back when strangers start asking for you.

Common questions

Will a website replace our WhatsApp orders?

No. The website's job is to bring new people to your WhatsApp already knowing your prices and what you offer, so the conversation starts further along.

What does a domain cost per year?

A .com domain typically costs the equivalent of a few hundred Namibian dollars a year. We paid US$11.48 for our own .com in October 2026. Namibian .com.na and .na domains cost more. See the running costs.

Tell us the problem. We will tell you what it takes to fix it.

Send a message, call, or use the form. You get a written scope and a price before any work starts, and there is no charge for the first conversation.
